This $2,100,000 project administered by LHTAC and funded through the Federal Highway Administration Emergency Relief Funding Program included emergency repairs of seven locations along Graves Creek Road. The repairs consisted of fast-tracking construction to stabilize the stream bank and reconstruct the roadway where spring flooding had scoured the bank and roadway away, creating unstable and unsafe conditions along Graves Creek Road.

PARAGON completed fast-track hydro-logic and hydraulic analysis, design and complete Construction Engineering & Inspection Services for all seven locations under a single construction contract. This included tracking each site (each Key Number) independently while providing all labor compliance, civil rights compliance, daily field inspections, pay quantities, contractor pay application processing, Buy America compliance, and complete funding reimbursement requests.
