This project consisted of approximately 1.2 miles of improvements along 11 Ave. North, Industrial Road and 20th St. North in the City of Nampa.  

Along 11th Ave. North, the Project included roadway section design, sidewalk & pedestrian improvements, railroad crossing upgrades with five at grade crossings and seven horizontal borings for City utilities, drainage improvements, utility coordination/relocation and bicycle facilities. 

Along Industrial Road and 20th St. North, the Project included roadway improvements, waterline and storm drain upgrades and utility coordination/relocations. 

The Project also included coordination with the adjacent property owners including The City of Nampa Bike & Pedestrian Committee, Union Pacific Railroad, Boise Valley Railroad, Nampa-Meridian Irrigation District, as well as local utility agencies for design conflicts and utility adjustments.
